Who we are
Chrisp Design is a growth systems company for local businesses and trades, founded in 2010 by Shaun Chrisp. We build the websites, automations, and AI-powered systems that turn enquiries into booked customers, working with clients across the UK from our Cramlington office and across the Costa Blanca from Javea, Spain.
How it started
I started Chrisp Design because I kept seeing the same problem. Good businesses, run by people who were brilliant at their trade, were losing jobs to competitors who simply had a better website and replied faster. Not because the competitor did better work. Just because they showed up first online.
That's the gap I built Chrisp Design to close. Not another marketing agency selling ad spend and hoping for the best. A system that gets you found, captures every enquiry, and follows up before your competitor even sees the notification.

Since 2010, Chrisp Design has built and launched growth systems for trades, home improvement businesses, law firms, dental practices, hospitality brands, and retailers, across the UK and Spain. We hold a 5.0 rating across 100+ Google reviews. Not because we ask nicely. Because clients get results and say so.
